Fabion Apparels is a professional Manufacturer and Supplier of Custom Apparels, including Martial Arts, Boxing & MMA, Gym & Fitness, Sports, and Casual wear. All products are produced under strict quality control standards to meet our clients’ requirements.

2. Orders and Customization

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Fabion Apparels.

  • For custom orders, customers must provide accurate artwork, size charts, logos, colors, and design specifications.

  • Once an order is confirmed and production has started, cancellations or design changes are not allowed.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) and production lead times may vary based on the product type and customization level.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices may vary depending on fabric selection, customization, and order quantity.

  • Payment terms must be agreed upon before production. Common methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved payment options.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Production timeframes depend on the order size, complexity, and approval of final samples.

  • Fabion Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, late approvals, or unforeseen circumstances (such as customs delays or shipping disruptions).

  • All shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch, and tracking details are provided upon shipment.

5. Shipping and Risk

  • Shipping terms are typically based on FOB, CIF, or Ex-Works, depending on the agreement.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Claims

  • As all items are custom-made, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Fabion Apparels.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods and supported with photo or video evidence.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, artwork, and designs provided by clients remain their intellectual property.

  • Fabion Apparels will not use or reproduce client designs for any purpose other than fulfilling their orders.

  • Our proprietary designs, product images, and website content are protected under copyright laws and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fabion Apparels is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delays.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

  • Losses caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected for order processing or communication will never be shared with unauthorized parties.

10. Force Majeure

Fabion Apparels shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or shipping interruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan (or as otherwise agreed).
